Answer: You can replace the Original handling Handling vehicle that you downloaded in Handling.cg (GTA San Andreas \ data)

Answer: You live copy the files in the folder that you downloaded ENBSeries, and paste it in the folder of your GTA San Andreas (...: \ GTA San Andreas)
